Anxiety is an emotion that can rule your life but it's an emotion that can be changed through a new way of thinking.

Everyday worries can be worries regarding day to day life, from bills, break ups, self-consciousness, nerves and situations. These can become a focal point in our lives that deter us from enjoying life. They can manifest to panic attacks, irrational fears, agoraphobia and much more.

The worse is the connection between thoughts, emotions and actions and the fear of having an attack. Normally the root of anxiety lies below unhealthy beliefs and thoughts, as well as past trauma and events. I can help with facing the fear using helpful tools and strategies including talking therapy to help achieve small goals moving forward.
